This innovative bag allows easy and quick storage on the go without the complications of racks and decaleurs. Mounted via cam buckle straps to the handlebar and supported by adjustable cordage to the brake hoods and head tube. Features include a flat front pocket and expandable cinch-sleeve to add capacity when a little more room is needed.

Elastic closures on pockets. The top is held closed by pulling elastic cord over the stem and works best with threadless stems that have mount bolt--smooth traditional stems don't hold the elastic as well.
