In almost all cases you'll need to supply me with a sketch or notes showing the inside dimensions of your bike frame with angles--it's a little work but not a big deal! You'll also have to note all braze-ons and other components located on the seat, down, and top tubes that could interfere with attachment, such as a derailleur mount, water bottles, other bag attachments, or cable guides.
You'll also have to determine if you want to attach the bag with velcro, bolt-on, or lace-up, or some combo. In the case of bolt-on, you'll need to supply accurate bolt mount locations as well. With this info in hand, the the usual decisions about color and any particular features you'd like need to be made and then we're good to go.
